  It has been a month now since I joined Fast Twitch Fitness Performance and I can already see the results. Since joining I noticed my overall work performance has improved significantly and I no longer find myself getting tired so easily. Francois is truly an amazing personal trainer helping me lose 10 lbs fast and has made working out a lot more enjoyable. He is constantly motivating you and giving you that extra boost of determination you need to finish your workout successfully. I’m excited to continue my workout sessions with Francois and keep my progress moving forward. Keep up the great work Francois!!

  I've had 10 workout sessions with Francois and I've been very pleased with my results. On my 10th session he re-took my measurements to compare them to when I first began my training. I was thrilled to have lost over 2 inches in my main target area. Not only am I losing inches and getting stronger, I have more energy and I'm sleeping like a champ.
  Francois is very professional and he pushes me to do more than what I think I'm capable of doing, but he also knows when I'm at my limit.
  If you're in the South Shore area and considering a personal trainer, I highly recommend Francois of Fast Twitch Fitness Performance.
  I am so happy that I finally took that first step to living a healthier lifestyle.
