  They wouldn't see me at all because the first question they asked was "is this because of a car accident" (no) and second question "what insurance company do you have" - not even what's wrong or my name - "sorry we don't take your insurance" and hung up. I make plenty of money to pay my bills (six figures) and they won't see me because of my insurance company? Very terrible way to treat people...
