- Phil ToombsJan, 23 2018★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆This beach is clean and easily accessible. It has a small parking lot, a covered area w/ picnic tables, bathroom and volleyball court that didn't have a net. The water is shelter w/ rocks that keep the waves to a minimum. The main turnoff is the huge power plant nearby. In the colder months the manatees congregate around the outflows, so you have that going for you.
